Bodie is a ghost town on the eastern base of the Sierra Nevada. It’s been made into a California State Park where the decay has been arrested and the town is frozen in time. The place is just full of eerie and fascinating stuff.
Shot with a Minolta XG-M and the 50mm f1.7 lens on Ektachrome 400, scanned on a Polaroid SprintScan 35+, then cleaned up, color corrected, and cropped in Photoshop 7.
